Design Theme needed for citizenship.ca

Hello,

We're in the process of building the site citizenship.ca.   At current you can see more or less the content structure which will be filled in the coming weeks.

The site uses one of the built in CMSMS templates: CSSMenu top + 2 columns.   All pages have been made into this format.  What I am ideally looking for is:

• -Complete site design
• -Template tested and ready - i.e. I will just need to upload the xml file and apply it.

The site does receive traffic and would be a solid addition to a designer's portfolio. I am hoping for a professional design, if you contact me I will give you some examples of quality sites in this niche. 

Lastly, we are developing currently 9 more equal quality domains as a proof of concept.  If this goes well we'll have another 100 or so that we hope to develop this year.

Is this a paid project or primarily "learning/experience/feel good factor" based. I am just asking out of curiosity but may be able to work with you on the project.

Thorny, it is a paid project   I have a designer we normally use but he's priced out on these projects as we're on a budget and going for economies of scale.

One other option I hadn't yet considered.  If I had a PSD designed, would someone here be able to convert it to work with CMSMS?

Hello Chris,
your post sounds interesting and I would like to know what is your budget per project. Please PM me and I will send you back the portfolio.
The PSD file would not be a problem to apply for CMSMS.
