Folder permissions

I did something kinda stupid. I moved my cms site to another server. After moving it everything was CHMOD(ed) 705. Many of the folders I had to CHMOD to 777 to get the site to work. As a result, my site is very vulnerable to attack. Does anyone know of a php script that will set the files and folders back to default permissions? If not, can someone post a complete list of the default permissions?

I tried reinstalling Simple CMS, however when I re-loaded my SQL backup, it changed all of the permissions too.
