Emails not received from FormBuilder

I searched in the forums but did not find a solution that helped - this is my first experience with FB and CMSms so bear with me.

My form is going to Paypal on submit as planned but the results are not being emailed to me. CMSmailer is working fine, I've got Email Results to Set Addresses set up in my form with a valid From and Destination email address, but no email arrives. No errors. What should I try/check next?

I retyped the target email address three or four times and it finally started working - there were no spelling or spacing errors in the address, so I'm not sure what that did but it might not hurt to try it. I did nothing else before it began working.
