change document root

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

change document root

Post by bhm8hwcm »

I just installed the cms into its own directory  /docroot/cmsfolder and the only way to access it is to actually go to that folder ie.
http://www.site.php/cmsfolder

I do not actually want this...I want the cms to be in the document root (not in its own folder).  Is there a quick fix to this?  Can I just move all the files or is there another way?

Thanks

move all the files, edit your config.php file accordingly, and you should be all set
