RSS adress and category

Hi,
I have trouble with RSS.
Autodiscovery link give this adress:
http://localhost/labneuro/News/rss/All-fr_FR | */
but should give
http://localhost/labneuro/[b]fr[/b]/News/rss/All-fr_FR | */
How I could change it?

If I use marker button :
{news category="All-$lang | *" makerssbutton="true"}
it give :
http://localhost/labneuro/fr/news/rss/
So, it show all news (no-langage filtered). Why?

Note : I have 1.4.1-MLE, mod_rewrite:true, hierarchy:true
