I am new  . I have been in "MySQL". Which of them should I use?

Could you be a bit more specific what you mean? Are you installing CMSMS on your local computer or on a host?

If you want to set up a local server on your computer to try out before putting up on a remote server, you can download Wampserver, which installs PHP, MySQL, Apache and phpMyAdmin in one package. But if you already have PHP, Apache or MySQL installed on your computer you'd probably better uninstall those first.
