Looking for CSS Gurus in USA - CT & Tri-state Region

We are a growing marketing agency with a specialization in Internet Marketing; we're looking to develop relationships with subcontractors who specialize in CSS and CMS Made Simple. We have a great CSS guy who already turned us on to CMS Made Simple but we need more people so that we can provide faster turnaround times and get better at meeting client needs.

Skills & Requirements:
• Must live/work in USA in: CT, the tri-state area, MA or RI
• Be a CSS and CMS Made Simple guru
• Be able to communicate effectively about technical needs, changes in production schedule, technical errors, etc.
• Work with us to develop reasonable deadlines; then stick to them
• Know how to speak in layman’s terms to work out tech issues and problems with us (we speak Geek, but only enough to pass)

The websites we develop for our clients are highly customized and sometimes graphic intensive -- it's challenging work (especially getting things to display properly in IE). All websites we produce are designed to meet marketing and business objectives.

Our company has local, regional, national, and international B2B and B2C clients in the following industries: software, lifesciences, entertainment, retail medicine, flooring, construction/skilled labor, food, municipal.

What we'd like to do is find some great CSS people, meet with you over coffee, and see if we can develop a mutually beneficial business relationship. We could start out by having you quote on some upcoming projects and/or do some minor backend work on existing sites.
