Please repair RSS feed for czech language forum

RSS forum feed for czech language doesn't support czech characters very well. You can see it at: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 2;type=rss. One thing is obvious. Beginning of RSS file shouldn't be:
