CSS disable in IE

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

CSS disable in IE

Post by mel »

Hi,
I get an intermittent problem concerning CSS and IE.
On hosting server, sometimes, in IE only (never had this problem in FF), I lost completly all CSS. The page is showing only content. I'm not able to view source, but if I refresh page, it come back to normal. As pointed in this post, it was though to be related to extra tag. But now, it is remove and it still show the problem.
I was thinking it was something related to my template, styling. But it happens also in admin.
I suppose it's something due to host, as I never experienced this problem in local. But what it could be? Tell me which extra information I could give to help you to help me.  :)

CMSMS-mle 1.3.1 on
      Operating system      Linux
    *    Apache version      2.2.8 (Unix)
    *      PHP version      5.2.6
    *      MySQL version      5.0.51
    *

Thanks
Melanie

If you use IE7 you may have some preinstalled/comes with it blocking type stuff that will make it take longer as it's checking for safety, like scripts or ?, and it takes so long that it doesn't get the CSS, then on refresh it does...
