[solved] Instal Fatal error: Call to a member function in class.contentop

Hello -
First time install on a remote hosting server https://manage.ixwebhosting.com using FTP

Apache Release 10331100
PHP Version 4.3.11
MYSQL Client API version 4.1.20

Just after selecting en_US and submitting... I get the error at the URL:
http://www.greenbees.net/cmsms/install/ ... est=1 

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in .../lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 360

Any ideas?

Re-upload whole pack, probably you have broken files

After re-loading the entire package it now proceeds through the installation steps...
