.11.1 upgrade, tmp and uploads folders not found

I was using .10, deleted that folder on my server, uploaded .11.1, went to change permissions of tmp/templates_c , tmp/cache, uploads and uploads/images and yet can't find these folders


Tried to open www.yoursite.com/cmsms/index.php and yoursite.com/install/install.php and site not found

any suggestions??

If you can't find the folders it must mean they have not been uploaded. I'd suggest you unzip/untar the package again and upload the files to your server. You don't need to delete the files that already are there, just overwrite them with the new ones.
