Brilliant site... again, something new and different.  Great work!!

Would you mind telling us what components you used?

mmmh... its basically the News module, with 3 categories; every project is an article. The little square picture on the homepage is the summary, the rest of the page is the detail. I used swfobject to put the flash scrolling pictures. Nothing too fancy, although I had to tweak a bit the news templates and put some custom fields.
