Theme License?

I wish to use a theme for a web site. Are the themes in the theme site in the public domain? I'm looking at CrystalX_v2. I wish to to use this on a business web site.

there should be license or usage restrictions included with a theme if any applies. and the one you're looking at does have a linkback requirement unless you pay a modest fee to the original designer of it. since you're going to use it for a business site, that's probably the route to go... once you've worked the theme into your site and you know you'll be sticking with it (for awhile at least).
