Changing my defualt page to something other than index

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Changing my defualt page to something other than index

Is it possible to make my default page not be "/"?

My website is: http://www.ciudadbarranquitas.com/

And I need my default home page to be either "/index.php" (not "/") so that it loads properly instead of the splash page, or have it be something else.

Is that possible?

Well if your home page is the splash then take it out of the menu, use the not shown in menu check box in Options tab...

It may be not CMSms specific : a / to /index.php rewrite rule (or redirect) in the webserver.
