Site Hacked

My site is hacked.
All my sub pages are being redirected to fake security web-site.
I looked at all the template files I couldn't find anything wrong.
Please help....

What version of cmsms are you running?
Have you kept up with security updates?

We can't help anything more than telling you:
Delete all (files and db)
Copy back in files and datababse from a known clean backup.

upgrade to latest stable version
employ security measures that have been posted to forums and wiki.

if you don't know what to do or where to start, then perhaps hiring a professional to assist would be best and easiest.
