Log in to Admin Console, nothing happens

I just successfully installed CMSMS 1.3.1 on a Linux server running PHP 4.

Everything appeared to load successfully.  However, when I try to log in using my established username and password, the admin sign-in page simply refreshes, and nothing happens.  I don't get an error message.  Simply put, nothing happens.  The username and passcode fields simply clear.

Any help?

You're not using IIS with a forwarded domain, are you?  And trying to log in with Internet Explorer?  If this is your situation, try Firefox or some other browser.

Nope, trying to log in using FF 3.0.  Running off a Macbook Pro.
