navigation / link to outside forum

Im trying to get the forum button in the nav on this site runwaymale.phuconcepts.com to link to runwaymale.phuconcepts.com/forum as opposed to http://runwaymale.phuconcepts.com/index.php?page=forums. When i change it in forebug it works so i know it can be done.. i just cant find where to make the change. Please help!

Are you using the Content Type: external link or internal link?...
