Bug in 0.11 page type = link function

Post by Werner »

Hello QA,

after upgrading from a working 0.9 to 0.11, navigation for some pages doesn't work anymore. More precisely, pages that are defined as type 'link' deliver an empty href (href="") in the bulletmenu.
I am wondering why the 'page alias' field is not there for these pages. It ought to be there, because the title and menu text fields are containing blanks. Could this be the reason?

Any ideas how I can fix my site?

Cheers, Werner

P.S. The 'target' of the link can also be defined, but there is no target field in the href in the bulletmenu either.

Thank you very much, but...

here is my:

upgrade-from-0.11-to-0.11.1-for-broken-links-howto ;-)
====================================
- untar the diff package to the installation directory.
- open every page that is of 'link' type in /admin/ and save it unmodified.
- now the links work!

Thank you again.

Actually, you shouldn't need to save them again.  Clearing the cache should do the trick.
