1.3.1 FileManager error [solved]

I ran into two problems when I upgraded to 1.3.1.

I ran into some gibberish EOF all across the screen which seemed to be fixed by putting in the fileinfo.php to my FileManager folder which was not in the new release, from my 1.3.0 install.

But now I get a smarty error with FileManager that says:

string(84) "Smarty error: unable to read resource: "module_file_tpl:FileManager;filemanager.tpl""

Where have I gone wrong?

Saw the other thread I missed and downloaded the full version and copied just the File Manager folder over.  All seems to be working now.  Hope this helps someone else.
