make news opened (redirected) at a specific page
(Latest News in my case)?

Try inserting this tag into your news module tag - detailpage="page name or ID"

In other words, something like this: {news number='5' detailpage="page name or ID"}

By the way, I noticed you are on 1.2.4. You should upgrade as that version has been hacked. You may want to search around the site a bit for security fixes as well.
