Have I been hacked?

Hi,
a folder called .sforzand keeps appearing on my server. Even when I delete it, it re-appears after a few days.
I don't recognise it and it doesn't appear in my other installation.
Have I been hacked??

Don't know. It seams like but you have to provide some more informations about your install!

If you are using your webhosting provider's Control Panel to work on CMSMS folders, maybe some of their application adds this folder. Once "/.smiles/" folder appeared on some server, and later we found out that one of the CPanel's application adds it.
