(solved) Text Box - LHS?

Just wondering if it is possible to actually move the text scroll bar to the LHS instead of the right. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yeah sorry about that one. I actually mean that if you had a layout in you design that could only accommodate 4 lines text. I wanted the over flow to scroll and then also move the scroll bar to the LHS. The picture explains it much more so I've uploaded one.
