I have a small static website - 8 pages of HTML

I have an 8 page HTML website, and I want to use CMSMS to load specific pieces of texts which the owner will write and update

What code do I need to insert in the HTML website to load specific page text? I kind of figured there would be something like {content cat="1"} or something....

The website has images for two sets of buttons, I figured this way would be easier than modifying the whole site to run in CMSMS
