same color code looking different in header and footer

i'm working on a new install of cmsms on www.grindsandslides.com

i set both the header and footer background colors to #B36400, but if you look at the site, the header and footer backgrounds are looking very different. why might this happen/

It might just be you LCD because it looks the same on mine.
