I started using cms a long time ago. I changed every two weeks to try a new one, I've done mostly all of the biggest and obscure ones until I found CmsMadeSimple. It's now my ten'th site with it and I'll continue to use it for it's flexibility, it's power and the great community. As a graphic designer first, i always find help to dive into the $smarty templating system and that get me where I want. So thank you all.
My sites are mostly all in french but you can judge a design without reading the content.. is'nt it ?

Re: An art teaching site
Very nice...
When doing image links it's most often best to put the images together side by side or on top to bottom so when you do a hover you can use the sliding door technique and not have a blink waiting for the next image to load...

Re: An art teaching site
I get a horizontal scrollbar and some text far to the right when using Firefox 2.
Re: An art teaching site
Thank you both for your comments, I'll check my menu to make it better...

Hi,
I would activate captcha (after installing) and clean url's. I would change the text-align to left, because a lot of the browsers show ugly holes between the words. Check the attachment.
And how about styling the active menu? I noticed hat you changed the menu in a way, that there are a lot of id's, and no sight of a menuactive class.
On FF2 Mac in the upper left corner are part of a word "…rice", also Safari 3
I found the solution: change in "div#header h1 a" text-indent:-999px; to text-indent:-999em;

I am touched by the work you did and the way you visually show me the bugs you saw. It made it clearer!
Thank you again. I'll change everything you told about in a short time.
