No preview button after upgrade to 1.2.5

I just upgraded from 1.1 to 1.2.5 and there is no preview button in the editor, just Submit, Cancel and Apply. There is a Preview pane, which doesn't show unsubmitted changes, but no button.

Any ideas, help?

I just tested the preview pane, and yes, it does show unsubmitted changes.

Mine doesn't, and never has, on ANY client site in ANY version of CMSMS with the preview pane. I just tested it again and the preview pane updates (redraws) but continues to show unsubmitted, or unapplied changes. I also may not have been clear that the button is missing from the edit page, not add new content page. However, even when adding new content if I click the Preview button it appears, if I click the preview pane I don't see the new content. I just tried it on a Mac running Firefox and CMSMS v 1.0.2 and Preview pane doesn't update without submitting. Just tried it on Windows running CMSMS 1.2.5 in Firefox and same thing.

Was the button removed for a reason? It worked perfectly, and was absolutely necessary for me. Thanks for your help.

Yeah, the button was removed intentionally and replaced with the 'preview' tab.
