install problems - site down for maintenance?

Hello there

I've just breezed through the install with all seeming well, but after the last step I get a link to my index page and the tutorial says 'please follow the instructions on the page'. My page just says 'Site down for maintenance'. Any ideas what went wrong?

Thanks for replying Patricia. It is all sorted out now. I deleted everything and reinstalled and it was all fine (once I'd thrown away config.pgp). Not sure what went wrong the first time.
