locked myself out of control panel

i wnated to take the web designer out of the loop because she no longer works for me. so i went into my cms control panel and selected no access for her. now how ever i find out that she was the admin/owner of the pages so i can not change anything.

where would i change this in my server files so that she has access again ?

Does your user have access to Group Permissions?

i think what i should have said was "i have turned off access to the admin so i cant change anything"

i've been logining into cms control panel as the web designer and making my changes to content and template etc. then the other day i decided i would turn off the designers access under "user management" for security reasons.

all was fine till i logged back in under my name and found out that i couldn't access or change anything. i have not deleted the user but she does have and "x" next to her name and because she was the admin the only user i can edit is myself.

i have access to the source file through dream weaver so if i need to change a htaccess file or something of that fashion then i am up to the challenge just guide me through
