Our website is a HTML based system with a CMS made simple driving it.

Our service is a weekly newsletter to financial traders. The page we want designed allows us to input a forecast for the coming week, and follow up with a review on the following Friday.

I have made available for download a Jpeg of the idea, and a PDF of the hard copy we use at the moment.
