user defined tags and css issues

i have the latest cmsms 0.11x download and the cmsmailer and the fbform '0.9.7 corrected' and still i am having probs.

whether its to do with the windows server or the use of php 4.3.3 (not my doing) i am not sure.

i dont know where the css stylesheet is to be added to the pages. normally if you edit a page u have to click the options tab to put the {stylesheet} tag in so the css will work. thats not there anymore.

the user-defined tags dont seem to be working for my site at all. i have made the tag. but when i look in the source of that page i see in the admin i see . so no image is there at all.

is this happnin just to me or is anyone else gettin this?
