Attorney web site client login area to view files

Hello,

I'm looking for a system integrated with CMSMS that will do the following:

Join web site (already part of the system)

Login with unique username and password (already part of the system)

Secure area where each user can view files assigned to them in the back end.

For example there's a loading files area for the administrator and they load up .pdf files, .doc files, and those files get assigned to a user and when that user logs in the links to download those files are on their own page.

In a separate extra cost, integrated with that is a way to correspond (only with the attorney), similar to the way that a thread in a forum works through the PM area.

If anyone has done this before, please send me an example. If anyone knows of a canned package, that would be great, but this client has budget and this is the planning stages, so I'm trying to get prepared.

Please provide an estimate range on the cost for the ability to see files loaded and assigned to users and the ability for those users to correspond (with the attorney) via PM within that area., you can PM me.
