Step 4 - CHMOD in dreamweaver..on a one click mouse

I have uploaded CMSmadesimple folder using dreamweaver. I can't work out how to change the permissions, I am on a mac so no right click mouse

I downloaded fetch (mac ftp) and uploaded cmsms folder to website. My webhost does have a file permission section. I have managed to change tmp/templates_c but still working on the others. Some of the files have very long extensions...like /home/_______/cmsmadesimple/cmsmadesimple/uploads
Just wonder whether I have done something wrong, changing permissions to 777 doesnt seem to register at http://_______.com.au/install/install.php
