Problem with ver. 1.2.4???

Hi,

I just made a fresh install of version 1.2.4.

Everything works fine - except that I've got a " 1.1 -> 1.2.4. This installation doesn't have that problem...

Can anyone help?

Check the metadata field in Admin for the extra <. Also, your config.php file.

When you look at the page source code, is there any clue there.

why would you think this is a CMS problem?  one site doesn't show it, another does... it's probably an error in the templates or page content of the site?

Did you do some searches, has anybody else encountered problems like this? the answer is no... si it's probably a mistake you have made somewhere.

Please people (and not you in particular) do some research, some reading, and some investigating on your own before thinking that the problem is with the software.

And if the problem is with the software, prove it.  don't ask vague questions with little to no details to support your hypothesis.  That just wastes everybody's time.

Nullig --> I have checked everything I could think of - I can't find an extra " I get your point - but I tried to search the Forum first - an I tried to solve the problem myself first. I just hoped someone else had experienced this.

The other problem is - that you can't search for "<" in the search field - so I gave up - and posted...

Well, maybe something got messed up in your original FTP - you could try re-uploading the files.

Problem solved. 

I tried re-uploading everything, and now it works fine.
