news module in safari

Post by pengiea »

So why is it that the old version 2.2 for news works great in safari with out any problems, but version 2.5+ all are completely unusable with safari? The details page looks fine, but the summary page is horrible. I can't figure out the problem but there is unnecessary padding everywhere.

Example. www.rmory.com/gbf

if you look at it in firefox or ie its fine. If you look at it in safari its awful.

Are there any fixes for this?

I just viewed it in Safari 3.1. and it looks ok except for some extra spacing between headlines and summary text.
