Edit Global Content Block Fatal error ?

Hi I'm trying to update content in the global block, for some strange reason I come up with the following error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in path/modules/Archiver/Archiver.module.php on line 309
anyone any idea's to solve this error?
