Accessing the site is too slow

I'm using cmsmsmade simple, i have made around 400 pages.
in my database here is 94 tables.

When i'm accessing the website, it's too slow. Sometime it's session terminated.

solve my problem, if u r aware with it.
told me the here is any restricting, related to no. of pages or database size.

It could be that your database server is too slow - too many users. This happens quite often with cheaper hosting providers.
When you look at the source of your pages, what does the message at the bottom show for the length of time it took to generate the page?
