CMSms event system in V2.0?

I´ve read that the whole event system will be changed and as I´m missing something really essential in the moment, I try to present my idea/request here.

I´m writing a module which should delete the cache of CMSms after several events are fired. For the core this is no problem, but most third party modules don´t support the event system and therefore I cannot react on changes for example in my albums.

But the album module is using the CMSms way for writing in the database. Why not have an event for this case? Every time something is written to the database, an event should be fired! Would this be possible?
