Problems with Template and Style sheet

Hello,

I just installed the program today.  I have walked through all the instructions.

I added my template, stylesheet, connected them per intructions but all I get is a page with the footer, and some info I left for testing.

My image file is set to 777, uploaded the images to a newly created folder images.

Any suggestions.
