Photo gallery: 2 sizes within thumbnails

Hi

I'm using the separate_thumbnails template for a few albums I have. The first two albums I created went off without a problem but the third album I added has 2 different size thumbnails in it. The images are the same size for all the albums. The number of images for the albums are:

Album 1: 16
Album 2: 8
Album 3: 60

Does this have to do with the number of images in an album? After thumb #46 the thumbnails are as big as the actual image which blows out the table they are housed in.
I'm wondering if I'm only allowed a certain number and if so, how I could change it. (?)

OK, I managed to get the thumbs to be the same size. I went in to the album and under each image I clicked "Change thumbnail" then clicked "Use as thumbnail" and then they went to the thumbnail size. However, I had to do it for each image which was a pain.

Has anyone else come across this? I still can't help but think that the reason for this lies in a set number of images being read.
