Imported theme isn't activate-able

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Imported theme isn't activate-able

I've just installed CMSMS and was trying to play with importing a theme.  I assumed what one did was import and activate it.  I downloaded andreas01 and imported it and got no errors but in the theme manager there is no control to activate it.  And also how do you remove a theme?  thx.
