How to add Gallery2 External Image Block on Template?

Hello,

Sorry.  Newbie here.

I've been banging my head all morning trying to add a Gallery2 External Image Block to my website:

I can run http://www.curemanual.com/photos/main.p ... ow=notitle

I'd like this embedded on one of the columns of my website.

How is this done?
