New site want to copy old content

Hi All

I have a local server setup of cmsms 1.2.2. with a site configured

I have just installed cmsms1.2.3 on my live site.
Is there a way to copy the menu and the page that i have created and copy them to my live site so i do not have to add them all again.

Any advice or points to doco on how to do this would be great.

(drop first point because you have already file in new server)
