Upgrading phpbb 2.0 to 3.0 and CMSMS?

Hi all,

I have recently added a forum (phpBB 2.0) to my site using phpbbx and the methods described in this post:

following these instructions I was able to set it up so that:
1. phpbb is embedded into my site
2. when a user logs into the site and then proceeds to the forum they are automatically logged into the forum
3. when I add a user through FEU they also get added to the forum database as well.

(I take no credit for getting this working it was the good work of those in the post mentioned above.)

I now want to upgrade to phpBB 3.0.  when I install and convert from 2.0 to 3.0 the FEU and forum integration stops working.

Just wanted to know if anyone has done something similar to their site with phpBB2 and phpbbx and been able to upgrade from phpBB2 to phpBB3

when I register a new user (in step 3), I never receive the authorization code.
How it is send?

If you mean aktivation key, it is sent with CMSMailer Module. Go to Extensions->CMSMailer and check the values there. At the end of the site you have a possibility to sent a test mail.
