Formbuilder Auto Populate

If the following method is used, can the cms_module tag auto populate a selection in the dropdown. So if i were on a page for "accounting", then it will auto populate the form dropdown to "accounting":

*Email Results Based on Pulldown.

If so, what is the tag to be used? Is it something like:
