Are sub-folders/sub-domains possible?

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Are sub-folders/sub-domains possible?

Post by egf »

I'm successfully running CMSMS 1.2.3 currently.

I had converted an existing site.  In this existing site I also have a sub folder that is password protected via htaccess.  Is it possible (with or without the htaccess protection) to access the files inside this subfolder via my main CMSMS installation?

Here is an example of my directory structure:

Domain/files.php - are my aliased site files
Domain/admin - is the CMSMS admin link
Domain/subfolder/ - is my subfolder I want to access inside of CMSMS if possible

Hello,

it should work, but things may vary depending on your hosting. Your best is to try by yourself. Take car of the order of the lines in your .htaccess.
