FEU and admin panel users - problem of lost password

HI,
I have uploaded FEU and custom content modules. Most of users are users in the admin panel as Editor. They can add, modify pages and news. Few users are only readers. When I create new users, I give them their password. I enter the same password in FEU module and admin panel users. When they change their password. It works. They keep their rights as Editor. But if they lost their password, they don't keep their rights as Editor. They become Reader.
How can I solved this problem ?
