Need a to convert a design to a CMS theme

Hello all,

We (a printing company in Canada) are looking for someone to convert a design we've created into a CMS(MS) theme.

I've managed to mangle the niftyCubes theme to approach what we need, but in reality I'm a SysAdmin and this requires the skills of a professional. If you are looking for a contract kindly let me know and I'll pass along the base materials from which you can develop a quotation. I know this is rather open ended so lets just consider this a beginning.
