Changing default menu items: How to?

Hi,
I'm new to CMS and was trying to change default menu items but couldn't do so.
Can anyone please suggest where/how I can change the default menu items (Home, How CMSMS Works, Default Templates Explained, Default Extensions) to my own?

Just create some pages under Extensions->Pages and they will appear in the structure as well. When you dont need the default content anymore, you can either inactivate or delete those pages....
