New clean admin theme

I have created another admin theme, this time i wanted to make it as clean as possible. Only made changes to the CSS and some images so there will be some discrepancies.

The only way i know to install it is to replace the default them.

Nice, but you can use a new theme by coping the default and make your changes name it something then upload it and choose it in the site admin...
