vertical CSS menu JUMPS on IE - any way to fix?

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

vertical CSS menu JUMPS on IE - any way to fix?

i have modified the menu to match my site and on IE it gives me a problem... any "link" that has subpages it add space (jumps) below the link when you roll over... i've tried modifying the CSS in multiple places but nothing works... any ideas? suggestions?

im not home right now so cant check on my other computer and cant remember if it does it on IE6 also or just IE7
